Got to take my new bike out for it’s first proper mountain bike ride. The bike road pretty much like i thought it would the 650B wheel size felt right in between 26-29. Slightly quicker handling than my 29r

Found this picture on flickr from saturdays race. The race was grueling with so much mud I had to walk/run what seemed like an eternity. There should be a no passing while I am walking rule!

Decided it would be a great idea to race cross sat. & Sun. Never mind the fact that I started to come down sick saturday morning. By sunday morning I was good and sick and planning on just watching the race and heading home. If you really don’t want to race you should leave your bike at home!
